As the founding Director, responsible for overall development and for creating the vision of the new Institute. Successfully implemented numerous innovations in curricula and governance. Developed a beautiful campus in record time; the campus has received numerous awards. Raised substantial philanthropic funds and recruited outstanding faculty. Built a unique institutional culture and ethos in the students, faculty, and staff.
