As Vice Chancellor of the 100+ year old multi-disciplinary public university (with ~36,000 students), implemented significant reforms to improve governance, efficiency and transparency. Improved financial health of the university and undertook a very large number of construction and maintenance projects. Initiated numerous programmes for growth and development of students, faculty and non-teaching staff.
